This 15-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Langley, BC is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. You’ll explore meditation techniques, mantra, and the five yamas, with a strong focus on real-life application. This training is a part of the Mind & Move 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program or 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training continuing education if you are holding a 200 Hour YTT from another school, and for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of yoga philosophy in a grounded, accessible way.
