Group Strength Teacher Training
The Mind & Move Strength course educates teachers on how to lead group strength classes that develop power, control, and resilience while maintaining a fun environment that encourages support, growth and wellness.
Our group strength classes focus on: functional movement patterns, intelligent load management, joint stability and control, sustainable strength development, and movement as just one of the pieces of your wellness journey.
Strength is a skill.
Students must first learn how to move well, then how to load those movements effectively. We’ll educate you on how to best support your students’ unique strength journeys.
