Pilates has evolved. This program will guide you through its history and evolution, finding a deeper understanding of the Six Principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow. You’ll learn the roots of Joseph Pilates’ classical movements and how those movements and principles have inspired Mind & Move’s PilatesREMIXED. Learn the classical, contemporary, and functional integration styles of Pilates to find the one that speaks to you.
The PilatesREMIXED philosophy is: Inspired by Pilates, Powered by Functional Strength, Driven by Expression, and Motivated by Excellence.
You will feel confident in leading classes that are embodied experiences designed to create lasting impact. People remember how they felt, not what they did.
